I followed a day retreat from Zenya Retreats and I am really enthusiastic. The atmosphere was relaxed and everything was arranged down to the last detail, you could tell that the day had been well thought out. The lessons from Franka and Lola were both great. They both have a very nice way of teaching, you immediately feel at ease with them. All in all a very valuable day. I went home relaxed with new insights and especially a lot of desire to do this more often. Really recommended!
